Our crisis simulations blend expert advice and guidance with multimedia to test your crisis readiness.

Led by our seasoned team, participants must navigate through a series of challenges from using digital tools, custom webpages and mock newsfeeds to taped and live video interviews. Our sessions are a fast-paced, exciting way to assess your crisis plans, gain insights from media veterans and prepare your teams for modern reputation management best practice.

How it works

We start by taking a detailed brief to determine your needs and vulnerabilities. From there, we develop a customised set of scenarios, with up to 30 inputs or prompts carefully tailored to your business. Then, in the weeks leading up to the event, we create bespoke digital assets, fake news reports and social media posts, to bring the crisis to life for participants.

On the day of the event we manage all elements of the experience—from timekeeping to streaming video and even real-time Tweeting—while observing and analysing how the group handles each element.

Once the scenarios have been played out, we lead a group discussion to review what went well or badly. Our work concludes with a follow-up report that evaluates your performance against best practice and advises on future steps for your organisation.

    Our standard training courses consist of half-day or full-day sessions, conducted either in groups or one-on-one.
